Kinzy Meds Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Kinzy Meds ("the app") is made by Workaholic Developers ("we"). This policy explains what the app stores, what (if anything) leaves your phone, and the choices you have. In short: your medicines and health log stay on your phone; the family circle is optional and shares only what you choose; we never sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. What stays on your phone

Everything you enter to get reminders works without an account or internet connection and is stored only on your device:

Reminders are scheduled by your phone's own notification system. We do not receive them.

2. The family circle (optional)

If you create or join a circle, the app talks to our server so that your circle can see your day and be alerted when a dose is missed.

What we store when you use the circle

What we never collect: passwords, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or your health log.

Who can see it: only the people in your circle, and only while you share. Turning sharing off deletes your dose plan and dose history from the server.

3. How we use data

Only to provide the circle: showing members today's status, sending missed-dose alerts, "back on track" messages and nudges. Health information is never used for advertising, marketing or data mining and is never sold or shared with third parties. The app contains no ads and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

4. Service providers

Notifications to circle members are delivered through Apple Push Notification service (iOS) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). They receive the device token and the notification text. Our server is hosted by a hosting provider under a data processing agreement.

5. Retention and deletion

6. Security

Traffic to our server uses HTTPS. Medicine names, dose labels, nudge messages and voice clips are encrypted at rest. Access tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain or Android encrypted storage.

7. Children

Kinzy Meds is not directed at children under 13. A parent or carer may set it up for a family member.

8. Medical disclaimer

Kinzy Meds is a reminder tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not check for drug interactions. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist.

9. Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live (for example under India's DPDP Act or the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Most of this you can do in the app. For anything else, contact info@workaholicdevelopers.com.

We will update this policy if the app changes and show the new date above.
