My reminders don't ring

Open Settings › Reminder check in the app. Every item should have a green tick; tap any orange item to fix it, then tap Send me a test reminder. On Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme, Vivo and Samsung phones also allow Kinzy Meds to run in the background (the Reminder check shows the steps for your phone).

How do I add my family?

Go to the Circle tab and tap Invite family. Share the 6-digit code. Your family member installs Kinzy Meds, taps I have an invite code and enters it. Codes work for 24 hours.

Can I set it up on my parent's phone?

Yes. Choose For someone I care for when you start, add their medicines, and turn on Easy mode for bigger text, bigger buttons and a read-aloud button.

What does my circle see?

Only your medicine schedule and whether today's doses were taken, if you choose to share them. Your health log stays on your phone. You can stop sharing in Settings › Your circle.

How do I delete my data?

Settings › Delete all my data removes everything from your phone and deletes your circle account from our server. Export my data gives you a copy first.
