Kinzy Meds Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Kinzy Meds app and its family circle service ("Kinzy Meds"), made by Workaholic Developers ("we"). By using Kinzy Meds you agree to them.

1. What Kinzy Meds is, and isn't

Kinzy Meds is a reminder tool. It helps you remember the medicines you have been told to take and lets people you choose see whether doses were taken. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it does not check for drug interactions. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.

2. Reminders depend on your phone

Reminders are delivered by your phone's operating system. Battery savers, Focus modes, silent mode, notification settings, a dead battery or an operating-system fault can delay or stop them. The app's Reminder check helps you set your phone up, but we cannot guarantee that every reminder or circle alert arrives. Don't rely on Kinzy Meds as the only safeguard for a medicine where a missed dose would be dangerous.

3. The family circle

• Invite only people you trust. Members of your circle can see the dose plan and daily status you choose to share, and recordings they send you.
• Don't upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share. Voice clips are limited to 10 seconds.
• You can leave a circle, stop sharing, or delete your circle account at any time in the app.

4. Price

Kinzy Meds is free during launch. Reminders and the basic family alert will stay free. If we later offer paid extras, they will be optional, clearly priced in the app store, and what you already have will keep working.

5. Your data

How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Kinzy Meds is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for harm arising from a missed, late or incorrect reminder or alert. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes; the date above will show the latest version. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app.
